Sean Harkness plays guitar and hails from New York City.  Mike Herriott is a trumpet and flugelhorn player, Canadian born and raised.  Both artists are well respected in Jazz and beyond.  The pair met while touring Japan and, amazed at how well the guitar and flugelhorn sounded together, they began working on a collaborative effort.  H2's debut album, "Flights", was recorded half in New York City and half in Toronto, sidemen recruited when and where needed.  The critics loved it.  So did Opening Day Entertainment (label home of The Canadian Brass), who signed the pair and immediately asked them to record a Christmas album together.  The result is "H2: Home For The Holidays", an album that's a celebration of both the Christmas season and of friendship.  At once cool and warm, it's impossible not to enjoy the playfulness of the two artists as they spark each other's imaginations and push each other to discover musical magic.
