"Card From a Multipack" is the free try-it-before-you-by-it track offered up by Wee Pop to interest you in the 4 song seasonal EP from The Just Joans, "Seasonal Greet". The remaining tracks are "Teardrops Neath Mistletoe", "Significant Other", and (of course) "Last Christmas". The official release date is December 8. The only problem here is that the product they're selling is a 3" CD-R. I don't have any way of playing a 3" CD-R, myself, and I suspect most of you don't either. Pity. I'll just have to be content with the free track for the time being. Anyway, whether to get the 3" CD-R or just the free track, visit Wee Pop Records in the UK. It's a good one, if a bit on the sad side, and I love the accents as well as the guitar bridge. UPDATE: The 3" CD-R has sold out. The download is still available.
Look in the tray of the CD drive on your computer. Most of them have a molded-in tray at 3" for just such a CD. They don't work in front load players, though. I'm old, I can remember when they first came in 3" sizes. They even had shaped ones for a while, but too many players had trouble with those.
I have a Mac. There is no tray. It's all internal. If I put a 3" in there, I might as well buy a new computer because this one won't be worth a damn anymore.
